My company is Licensed, Insured and experienced in Residential and Commercial construction. I have built over 50 ARH homes before I got out on my own.  Since then I've built and remodeled many custom homes and many commercial buildings. Every customer has their limits, whether it is time, living conditions during construction or money.  I work well with others and understand all these factors. Construction over time or construction areas in phases is never a problem with me either.

I very closely monitor and supervise every project from start to finish.  I always keep the finished product in the minds of my subs during construction. If not, it's difficult to fix the problems afterwards. I build every project with your tastes in mind but built to my high quality standards.

I have worked with homeowners and designers both in town and out of state  to complete their project designs just as they envisioned them. I communicate with all my customers completely honestly and though sometimes I may be blunt and to the point, my customers tell me they prefer it that way. I can work on a "Cost Plus"  or "Turn Key" basis with you or your financial organization. I am pre approved with V.A. and most banks or mortgage companies.  I always pay my subs and vendors on time and never take any monies out for myself until the project is completed. My credit ratings are the best everywhere but I do not pay BBB for their so called best ratings.
